Reseller Program
Objective
To provide easy access to data and sales to, small to, medium resellers who are having difficulty spending on technology to build an online presence.
Program Access
The Sales Agent / reseller registration is mandatory on our website. After review we will enable the account and provide access to products. As an additional measure you will also receive a unique 5% discount coupon code for the customer, once customer places order using that code, you shall be eligible for the commission, and if they register during that order, they shall be added under your id.
What you can do…
1. Create customers, who can place order and your commission will automatically calculated and added to your account with us.
2. You can see the details of the orders and commission earned.
3. You will continue to earn commission from the customer registered under your id as long as you are associated with us.
4. You can generate the unique URL and pass on to customers for them to register. Those will be added under you.
5. You can buy from us on behalf of your customers.
6. Customers’ needs to make a purchase using that login id created by you or themselves using your URL for you to be eligible for the commission.
What we will provide….
1. We will give timely commission payments to your bank accounts.
2. We will run schemes for earning more commission.
3. Some of the products will be available on higher commission percentage than your slab.
4. Tiered commission structure shall give more options of earning.
5. We shall be charging shipping fee from customer and deliver on your behalf.
6. All Taxations are taken care of at our end.
7. You will be earning commission only on product cost after discounts, taxes and shipping and handling fees.
8. All prices on the website are displayed inclusive of the taxes and exclusive of the shipping fees.
Program Fees
Registration Fees is Rs 100 plus GST i.e. 18%….Total Rs 118. This is nonrefundable nominal fee which is charged for the serious resellers who wish to make some real efforts in making money for themselves. This is a onetime fee for as long as you are associated with us as reseller.
Deposit: a small refundable deposit of Rs 500 is also charged upfront, which will be payable at Rs 50 per order you generate. This will be added in your commission payout.
Reseller shall get commission on the discounted sale price minus the GST. An example calculation is shown below.

Registration process:
1. Reseller who wishes to be part of this reseller program, shall approach us and register on www.shudhdesifashion.com website.
2. Upon receiving the registration request and program fees along with the refundable deposit, we shall be calling you to verify the details and activate the account there after. After which we shall setup a call to understand the needs in your area and guide you to the relevant section of the website for faster access.
3. Also you may request a video call for online training on the website. And get accustomed with the process and website and get answers to any questions you may have.
4. Reseller than start marketing the website giving this unique URL to the customers. Also you may share pics from website to whatsapp, instagram, facebook etc.
5. All the payment processing and deliveries shall be handled by the Shudh Desi Fashion staff.
6. After receiving the order from the customer, you will be getting email notification and a call from our office regarding the same. So that you may approach your customer for upselling or any other things.
Payments
1. Payment cycle: We shall be making payments twice every month, i.e. on 20th for sales happened in between 1st and 15th of the month and on 5th for sales happened between 16th and last day of the month. If they are public holidays, the payment shall be made on next working day.
2. Product price inclusive of GST is displayed on website. Customer shall pay the product price plus the shipping charge.

Reseller Commission Brackets

Resellers can ask us discount codes with different discount percentage for their customers, max up to 15%. But anything above 5% shall come out of the reseller commission. Discount is a great way to generate sales and you can leverage that by giving some discount from your commission to increase your revenues.
The commission for the current month shall be calculated at previous month sales volume and corresponding commission slab. But it shall be adjusted in second payout of the month. E.g. if you achieve more than 10000 sales in January, your February calculations shall be based on 20% slab, but if your total sales in February is lower than 10000, your commission payout shall be adjusted at 15% in your second payout for the full month.
Please note that this is not an offer for partnership or any other such arrangements. IT is strictly a reseller program. Although at some places the word agent is also used, that’s because software is having this word. We are not appointing you as our agent and you may not act as our agent due to this relationship. You are responsible for your side of the taxation and relevant laws. We shall not be responsible for any losses occurring due to your negligence and/or any other such event.
