Quality & Eligibility
At our store, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure that every product delivered meets our standards. Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit, or an incorrect item has been delivered.
Video Evidence Requirement
To ensure a smooth resolution, customers are required to record a clear 360-degree video while opening the package, capturing the condition of the parcel and clearly showing the issue. This video is mandatory for any return or exchange request, and claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted.
Exchange & Refund Policy
In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received, we will primarily offer an exchange of the product, subject to availability. Refunds are generally not provided. Specifically, in cases of damaged shipments, only an exchange will be processed and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Request
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, you must contact our support team first and obtain approval before sending the product back. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the detailed return process with you. Any product sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Please note that order cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed. Additionally, exchanges will not be entertained for reasons other than manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect products delivered.
Size-Related Exchanges
For size-related concerns, exchanges may be offered subject to availability of the requested size. However, in such cases, all shipping and handling charges for both pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
